Our services

We provide websites, hosting and care, SEO, ads management, logo design and content shoots for trade businesses. What's included in each service is set out on this website and in the proposal we send you.

If your proposal says something different from this website, your proposal applies.

Payments

Websites are paid 50% upfront, before work starts, and 50% at launch. Or you can spread the cost over 12 monthly payments.

Monthly services, such as SEO, ads management and hosting, are billed monthly in advance.

Your ad spend is paid directly by you to Google or Meta. We never mark it up.

We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's paid.

Ownership of work

Your domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts are set up in your name from the start.

Your website, logo files and the content we create for you are yours once they've been paid for in full. If you're spreading a website over 12 months, hosting continues until it's paid off.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photos, logos or content you give us.

Cancellations

SEO and ads management have a 3-month minimum term, and the Grow Package has a 6-month minimum term. After that, they roll monthly. Hosting and care has no minimum term.

After any minimum term, give us at least 30 days' notice and your service ends on your next billing date. We use that time to hand everything over properly, including your website files.

If you cancel a website project after work has started, we'll charge for the work done up to that point, and your deposit counts towards it.

Liability

We'll carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.

We can't guarantee specific rankings, leads or results, because they depend on things outside our control, such as Google, your competitors and your local market.

We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months before the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
